Working people are the engines of every community, and we recognize their importance in building strong and healthy communities. We can take care of our communities by raising our voices and using our votes to make a difference. We want to do our part for our communities.

BUSINESSES
Latina small businesses help to keep our economy strong. Our business owners are hardworking and help our communities grow. We need the tools to build strong businesses and elected leaders who can help us access them.
Latinas believe in taking care of our families, building our communities, and supporting small businesses. We want equitable access to quality health care so our families can be strong and healthy. We work hard, and livable wages and good worker benefits are important to us. Our family-owned small businesses are the engines that help our economy grow. We need the tools and opportunity to build a good life. Taking care of our families is what we do.

OUR MISSION
Latina Initiative works to increase the impact and influence of Colorado Latina voters by promoting and implementing culturally responsive, relevant, innovative, and inclusive communication, education and voter engagement strategies.
OUR PRIORITIES
The Latina Initiative strives to support and encourage Latinas of all ages to stand up for their families’ health, education and economic power. Through its digital platform and its collaboration with other Latino-led organizations, the Latina Initiative works to bring attention to the power of Colorado Latinas in their families, their communities, and electorate
